How do I register?

To register you will need your payer number or the email address we used to invite you.
You will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions and Data Policy when you register.

Why can't I register?

Are you seeing a message: 'Details not recognised'? Here are some quick checks to help:

  • Did you receive an invitation by letter or email? Only customers with this invitation can register.
  • Are you using you main Rexel account number and postcode registered on your Rexel account?
  • Have you got multiple account numbers? Only the main account number can be used to register.

My password reset email hasn't arrived

Please check your junk folder. Sometimes the first email from us arrives in that folder. Go to your junk folder, select the email and mark it as 'safe' or 'never block sender'. Still having trouble? Please use the contact form or call us on 01509 410 732.
